My Next Dilemma is based on the songwriting of Todd Miramon and Jeffrey Teruel. The two songwriters met at 14 years of age attending The School for the Creative and Performing Arts. One stayed in San Diego and became a staple in the local music scene and the other moved to Hollywood and enjoyed all the success and disappointment he could bear before running away to live in Manchester, England.

In 2004, My Next Dilemma recorded their first album "Trouble" and recruited Lilia Zurich to do backing vocals. Without ever playing live to promote the album, "Trouble" did very well considering no promotion was ever done to help sales.

In 2005, My Next Dilemma decided to reunite in the studio again for their sophomore album "Shaken & Stirred". Jeff, Todd, and Lila recorded 10 brit-pop songs including a cover song by The Psychedelic Furs and The Trashcan Sinatras. Again, without promotion or playing live, "Shaken & Stirred" was released and MND gained a stronger following. 

In 2006, My Next Dilemma spent January - June recording 10 more songs and is releasing it's third album "Heal". The album captures each members life story over the last two years. With the departure of Lilia, MND recruited several friends to enlist on various songs on the Heal sessions. Shortly after the release, MND began to play a few acoustic shows throughout Southern California in order to promote the album. 

By 2007, MND was gearing up for a fourth album called 'Undercover' which was to be a remake of obscure 80's songs. With the return of Lilia, the 3 members returned to the studio in Newport Beach for a month. However, conflicting schedules prohibited the band from completing the album and to this day the project has yet to see the light of day. 

MND has been inactive for awhile, but Todd and Jeffrey are still doing other musical projects. Both Todd and Jeff have been producing, writing and recording material for other acts as well as working on their own material. Todd has worked with Alyssa Guarino, Two By Chance, and getting ready to release a solo album. 

During the 'Under Cover' sessions, 5 songs were recorded as well as a live album which was recorded in 2007. RBM is currently contemplating releasing a 'Best of' album which will include a couple of those 5 songs as well as the live acoustic album. 


Reuniting for My Next Dilemma gave them the opportunity to share their life experiences while reminding them what was truly important: good friends, good times and good music. At the moment, it is unknown if Todd & Jeff will reunite for another album, but never say never.
